James E. Rohr is chairman and chief executive officer of the PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the U.S. For his leadership of PNC, Mr. Rohr was named American Banker's "Banker of the Year" for 2007. He is a director of BlackRock, Inc., the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, Equitable Resources, Inc., and the RAND board. Mr. Rohr earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from Ohio State University.
