Ram Charan is a highly acclaimed business advisor, speaker, and author who has coached some of the world's most successful CEOs. For 35 years, he has worked behind the scenes at such companies as GE, Bank of America, DuPont, Novartis, Home Depot, and Verizon. Known for his practical, real-world perspective, he has won the Bell Ringer (best teacher) award at GE's Crotonville Institute and the Best Teacher Award at Wharton and Northwestern. Mr. Charan's books include Execution, which has sold more than one million copies worldwide, and Confronting Reality, written with Larry Bossidy, the former CEO of Honeywell. He is a graduate of Harvard.
